Emotions are complicated

Understanding and communicating emotions is difficult, even for adults! It becomes even more of a struggle in times of stress or change. Our highly trained team of educators have designed this worksheet to help guide children explore their emotions. They will work to independently communicate their emotions using words and pictures, in order to understand themselves better.
